Sunsets and Spring-Like Weather

The old adage “red sky at night, sailors delight, red sky in morning, sailors take warning” has always stuck with me through the years. For the most part, it’s always been true too.

Yesterday’s sunset was gorgeous!

My husband and I enjoyed a nice walk after work and decided to walk towards the sunset, so we could enjoy watching the end of it. The sky turned darker and darker red, and was really gorgeous.

The weather was unbelievable for being January! We were warm until the sun went down, and a cold breeze started. Even then, it wasn’t as cold as one would expect for early January.

The skies were clear, and the mountain views were gorgeous too, even after the sunset. We didn’t see the moon, but the skies were bright and clear, and stars started to appear above us.

With the heavy rain in the forecast for tomorrow, I am so glad that we got to enjoy the beautiful weather while it was here! It just goes to show you, no matter the season, you can still have beautiful weather and good experiences, which could relate to weather, and life in general.
